Oke Woodsmith Building System were one of three companies presented with the Green Builder Award for one of our projects being constructed within the Municipality of Middlesex Centre. The presentation was at the Municipalities regular meeting at the Municipal offices in Cold Stream December 20, 2017
In 2015, Council approved the Green Builder Program to promote sustainability in residential home construction by encouraging energy efficient residential designs and elements, and to recognize local builders for incorporating sustainable building features and practices in their construction. The Green Builder program supports Middlesex Centre’s Strategic Objective of “Sustainability”.
